Common Questions

Do I need to supply my own tap or fittings?

You can supply your own fittings if you have something in mind. If you haven't bought anything yet, we can recommend suitable options during the visit based on your existing pipework and pressure. Either way works.

How long does a typical job take?

A tap replacement usually takes one to two hours, including the flow test. A drain clearing visit is typically two to three hours depending on the blockage. A full shower set installation generally runs four to six hours, including wall work and sealing.

What areas in KL do you cover?

We serve homes across central Kuala Lumpur and surrounding areas including Chow Kit, Bangsar, Bukit Bintang, Kepong, Damansara, and Titiwangsa. If you're unsure whether your address falls within our range, just contact us — we'll confirm quickly.

Is the quoted price really fixed?

Yes. The price stated on our service pages is the base rate for the described scope. If additional work is needed beyond that scope, we'll discuss it with you before proceeding — nothing extra happens without your agreement.

What if the same issue comes back shortly after the visit?

If a problem recurs within 14 days of our work and it's clearly related to what we did, contact us and we'll return to assess it at no call-out charge. We stand by the work we complete.

Can I book for an older terrace or apartment unit?

Yes. Much of our work is in older KL terrace houses and apartments where pipework is sometimes non-standard. We bring appropriate tooling and check thread compatibility before proceeding, so older plumbing is not a problem.
