Every service visit follows the same sequence: assess the existing condition, confirm scope with you before touching anything, carry out the work using appropriate tooling, and then test the result with the water supply back on. We don't sign off on a job until you've seen it working correctly yourself.
Our services are priced per scope, not per hour. This means you're not watching the clock when we're working, and we're not stretching a job to fill time. The rate covers the full described task — materials brought by us or supplied by you, and all testing on departure.
Service 01
Tap & Showerhead Replacement
Removal and replacement of a single tap or showerhead, with new fittings either supplied by you or recommended on the visit. We handle seal preparation, threading checks, and a full flow test before leaving.
What's Included
- Removal of existing tap or showerhead
- Thread and seat condition check
- PTFE sealing of all threaded joints
- Installation and securing of new fitting
- Flow and leak check at operating pressure
Process Steps
- 1 Water supply isolated and confirmed
- 2 Old fitting removed, seat and thread inspected
- 3 New fitting prepared with PTFE and washers
- 4 Fitting installed and torqued correctly
- 5 Water restored, flow test observed with you
Service 02
Sewer-Line Branch Clearing
Clearing of a single waste line draining a kitchen or bathroom, stopping short of the main building stack. We use mechanical clearing with appropriate tooling, then carry out a flow check across all connected fixtures.

- Access point inspection and selection
- Mechanical clearing — no caustic chemicals
- Flow test across all connected fixtures
- Access covers re-secured on completion
- Area wiped down before departure

- 1 Drain condition assessed, access point identified
- 2 Mechanical rods or auger introduced to blockage
- 3 Blockage broken and line cleared progressively
- 4 Water flushed through to confirm clear flow
- 5 All connected fixtures tested, area cleared
Service 03
Bathroom Mixer & Rainfall Set Installation
Full installation of a complete shower set — thermostatic mixer, riser, hand-shower, and rainfall head. Includes wall opening as required, proper sealing, and a steady-state hot/cold balance test before we leave.

- Wall opening cut and prepared if required
- Mixer valve seated and supply connections made
- Riser, hand-shower, and rainfall head fitted
- Wall penetrations sealed with tile-grade silicone
- Steady-state hot/cold balance verified

Correct Material Specification
PTFE tape on all threaded joints. Silicone sealant rated for wet zones. Fittings appropriate to the water pressure of the building.
No Chemical Clearing
Mechanical methods only for drain work — safer for older PVC and avoids residue build-up that degrades pipe material over time.
