"Had a leaking kitchen tap that had been dripping for about two months. Ahmad arrived within the agreed window, checked the thread before doing anything, and replaced the tap in about an hour and a half. He tested it properly before leaving and cleaned up the cabinet underneath. Straightforward and no drama."

"Bathroom drain had been slow for a while and a chemical product made no difference. Faizal cleared it mechanically and ran the water through all the bathroom fixtures to check. He mentioned the blockage was grease build-up from the previous riser. The price matched what was quoted. Took about two and a half hours."

"We were renovating the master bathroom and needed the full rainfall shower set put in. Ahmad handled the wall opening, ran all the connections, and did a proper temperature balance test at the end. The silicone finish around the mixer is neat. Happy with the result."
Shower Set Installation · March 2025
"Older terrace house so I was worried about the piping not matching modern fittings. Faizal checked the thread type before removing the old tap and confirmed what would fit. The replacement went without problems. The only thing I'd note is booking took two days — not urgent for us, but worth knowing if you need something same-day."

"Kitchen sink had been draining slowly for a few weeks. Norul confirmed the booking and the time window quickly by WhatsApp. Faizal arrived, cleared the line without any chemicals, and showed me the flow working properly across the sink and waste outlet before packing up. Good service, professional manner."
Drain Clearing · March 2025
"Replaced the showerhead in my condo guest bathroom. I had already bought a fitting and they installed it without issue, including replacing the hose connection which had been leaking slightly. Covered the bathroom floor before working and left everything wiped down. RM 245 as stated."

Case Studies
Three jobs in more detail — the situation, what was done, and the outcome.
Older Terrace House — Tap Incompatibility Concern
Kepong, KL · April 2025
Situation
The homeowner had a 1980s terrace house with original pipework. Two kitchen taps had been dripping for months and they were unsure whether modern replacement fittings would be compatible.
What We Did
Both taps were inspected before removal. Thread type was confirmed as BSP and a compatible replacement set was recommended. Both taps replaced, seats dressed, and PTFE sealing applied. Full flow test on both.
Outcome
Both taps operational with no drips. Job completed in under two hours. Homeowner commented that the visit was the first time anyone had clearly explained what the thread compatibility issue was.
Recurring Slow Drain — Kitchen Waste Line
Damansara, KL · March 2025
Situation
A kitchen drain had been cleared with chemical products twice in six months, with the blockage returning within weeks each time. The homeowner wanted a mechanical solution.
What We Did
Mechanical clearing of the kitchen branch line from the access point below the sink. The blockage was dense grease accumulation approximately 1.2m into the line. Cleared progressively, then flow-checked at the sink and through the nearby dishwasher outlet.
Outcome
Full drain flow restored. We noted that the grease build-up was likely linked to washing oil-heavy cookware directly into the sink — the homeowner adjusted this habit. No recurrence in the following weeks.
Bathroom Renovation — Complete Rainfall Shower Set
Bangsar, KL · March 2025
Situation
Full bathroom renovation in a condominium unit. The tiler had tiled over the existing supply positions and the homeowner needed a thermostatic mixer and rainfall set installed into a new wall position.
What We Did
Wall opened at the new position, supply lines extended and connected to the thermostatic mixer body. Riser, hand-shower, and 300mm rainfall head mounted. All wall penetrations sealed with tile-grade silicone. Hot/cold balance tested at steady state.
Outcome
System fully operational. Job ran approximately five and a half hours including silicone cure time. Homeowner was present for the final temperature balance test. No rework required.
